- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Meet the sales quota assigned by the company
- Candidates with customer service/ Clerical/ Administrative Support background preferred

- Providing customer service/ application support via telephone, remote assistance and email
- Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution (first time fix)
- Handle software updates, installation and migration tasks
- Ensure logged in tickets are solved within the time frame
- Assist with fieldwork if requested
- Possess Degree in IT/ Accounting
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
- Previous experience in a client support environment or technical support centre
- Previous use of CRM and web based support applications
- Good knowledge of software services and solutions
- Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone/ email
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
- Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- In house training will be provided
- Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented
- Ability to provide end users with highest quality of service at all times
