Software Support Executive

Job Description:

Providing customer service/ application support via telephone, remote assistance and email
Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution (first time fix)
Handle software updates, installation and migration tasks
Ensure logged in tickets are solved within the time frame
Assist with fieldwork if requested
Handle and solve IT technical issue

Requirements:

Minimum Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess Diploma/ Degree in IT / Accounting
Good knowledge of software services and solutions
Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented
In house training will be provided
Ability to provide end users with highest quality of service at all times
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become known
Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone/ email
Ability to learn and support new applications

Job Descriptions:

Liaise with customers and internal teams to support sales enquiries/issues.
Prepare quotations in a timely manner to customers.
Prepare monthly sales enquiries summary reports for follow-up to secure new orders and for management planning.
Perform monthly analysis to measure customers responsiveness and hit-rate for improvement to drive business growth.
Perform cold calling to potential customers to promote & acquire new enquiries to drive business growth.
Support other sales duties as assigned by management.
Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from lead generation lists; cold calling as needed.
Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with IT Solutions or Hardware
Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services.
Identifies customer needs/requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.
Recommends business solutions considering customer needs
Set meetings with prospective clients

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Studies or equivalent
Min. 2 years sales/marketing-related industry required.
Experience in inside sales experience-sales pricing/quotation & data analysis.
Experience in tele-marketing/call centre will be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Comfortable making cold calls and confident in talking to new people
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Posses Degree in IT or Equivalent

Strong understanding and familiarity with Javascript ES6 and above
Good with Backend Technologies such as Node & Express, RESTful API, MS SQL Database
Good with Frontend Technologies such as React & React Native
Good with HTML, CSS and C#
Strong understanding and familiarity Git versioning tools
Experienced with Microsoft Azure
Experienced with Autocount customization

Job Descriptions:

Publish Company news and article on Company Website and other social media platform to develop brand awareness
Maintain and manage company website, departmental emails and social media platform
Graphic design skill needed to develop innovative content including audio, video and graphic
Lead, plan, manage and ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C
Organize successful roadshow and seminars for brand awareness
Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Management

Requirements:

Min. 2-3 years in Marketing field
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Experience in maintaining social media platform, article editing and graphic design will be added advantage
Basic knowledge in videos shooting skill will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates or junior executive specialized in Arts/ Creative/ Graphic Design are encouraged to apply
