Software Sales Consultant (3 Positions) –   Apply Here
  • Establishing new sales opportunities.
  • Close new sales via sales meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Willing to travel and organizing on-site visits.

Software Consultant – Project Implementation (3 Positions) –   Apply Here
  •  Lead implementation across all functional group, coordinate with sales consultant for the successful implementation of the core modules
  • Use project management expertise to ensure task completion and deadlines are met.
  • Provides consultation to functional users in the area of automated systems, leads cross-functional teams to address systems issues and projects.
  • Roll out training of users
  • To meet deadlines with sense or urgency
  • Solution oriented with “can-do’ attitude and solid problem solving skill
  • Possess at least a Degree (preferably IT/Accounting)

Indoor Sales Coordinator (5 Positions)  –   Apply Here
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales account manager for further development and closure
  • Meet the sales quota assigned by the company
  • Candidates with customer service/ Clerical/ Administrative Support background preferred
  • Able to communicate/ written in English
  • Strong knowledge on the sales and application system
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field

Software Support Specialist (8 Positions)  –   Apply Here
  • Providing customer service/ application support via telephone, remote assistance and email
  • Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution (first time fix)
  • Handle software updates, installation and migration tasks
  • Ensure logged in tickets are solved within the time frame
  • Assist with fieldwork if requested
  • Possess Degree in IT/ Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
  • Previous experience in a client support environment or technical support centre
  • Previous use of CRM and web based support applications
  • Good knowledge of software services and solutions
  • Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone/ email
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • In house training will be provided
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented
  • Ability to provide end users with highest quality of service at all times
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become known
  • Ability to learn and support new applications

  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing.

Customer Success Executive (3 Positions)  –   Apply Here
  • Act as customer advocates and focus on building long-term relationships with customers. Customer retention is the core responsibilities.
  • To ensure successful service on boarding / initial software implementation.
  • To ensure critical customer issues are addressed quickly by collaborating with Sales Department and Software Support Department.
  • To track and follow up for customer outstanding orders.
  • Possess at least a Diploma (preferably IT/Accounting)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
  • Key strength – Able to handle challenging conversations, speaking intelligently with customers.
