Selangor SME Digitalisation Matching Grant
Digitalisation is currently the buzzword among businesses. Yet, are you finding it difficult to digitalise your business due to a tight cash flow?
The Selangor state government is providing a 50% matching grant or a maximum of RM5,000 for state SMEs to subscribe to the chosen digital service provider. The grant – worth a total of RM5 million – aims to help Selangor SMEs to digitalise their businesses.

E-commerce
E-commerce, also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce, refers to the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions.
HR & Payroll system
HR & Payroll system services provide a solution that simplifies and takes care of your company’s payroll processing and procedures and any other Human Resources-related matter such as talent management and/or benefits.
Cloud accounting
Cloud accounting is accounting software that is hosted on a remote server. The software applications can be accessed by users via the internet or other networks via a cloud application service provider.
Digital marketing
Digital marketing refers to any online marketing efforts or assets. Email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, website development and even blogging are all great examples of digital marketing—they help introduce people to your company and convince them to buy your product.
E-pos And Payment Gateway
Electronic Point of Sale (E-PoS) is a combination of hardware and software designed to help you run your business more effectively. Where traditional till systems record sales, E-PoS systems not only record this transactional information but can then generate detailed reports in response to the input data. Payment gateway is an e-commerce software that authorises payments for online merchants, e-businesses, bricks and clicks or traditional brick and mortar businesses. It seamlessly connects to e-commerce on in-house payment processors for example, credit cards processing networks or online banking.

Eligibility criteria for SMEs:
Registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia
Must be at least 51% owned by Malaysians
Business address or operation address registered in Selangor only
In operation for at least 1 year
Required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM300,000and not exceeding RM1 million
Limited to one (1) application per company only. However, SMEs are allowed to apply to up to three (3) digital services with one (1) or more service providers that are endorsed by Sidec
Process Flow
Applications
Applications open for SMEs
Approval
SMEs will receive notifications of approval via email.
Activation
Training modules and digitalisation systems to be properly implemented within 1 month
Proof Payment
DSP will provide proof activation and report on Sidec.
Grant Release
Grant payment will be issued to DSP's account
** NOTE :**
If The DSP fails to implement the digital system within the time period, the grant payment will be deffered.

Sdn Bhd Company
- Copy of MyKad
- Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016)
- Utilities bill
- Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management accounts
- Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months
- Company’s profile
- Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by Sidec

Look For DSP who is endorsed by SIDEC under the respective digitalization area
Step 2
Ask for Proforma invoice from DSP.
Step 3
Submit your application through our website
Step 4
You will recieve notification of approval via email within 21 working days
